We are constantly striving to improve our environmental impact. We have implemented several programs to reduce our carbon footprint, including:
1. Reducing water usage: we made improvements to our freezers and defrost systems that reduced our bakery facility's water usage very significantly.
2. Reducing transportation: we developed a dedicated frozen storage facility very close to the bakery facility to reduce transportation of inventory.
3. Local ingredients: we have reduced transportation of raw ingredients by using flour sourced locally from Quebec farms.
4. Reducing waste: we reduce waste and support our community by donating all unsold inventory to regional food banks.
