Fresh program: Our breads are fully cooked and can be warmed in your store oven to create a wonderful aroma and crisp crust, or put straight on the shelf. We offer a variety of gourmet baguettes, rolls and sandwich buns in several flavours. We offer private label packaging options to suit your store's needs.

 

Frozen program: We offer private label freezer programs which are particularly well suited for our demi-baguettes and gourmet garlic bread. 

Our delicious gourmet bread is made with wholesome ingredients including local Quebec flour. Our bread is non-GMO certified, kosher certified, and peanut-free.

Desserts

Our dessert specialty is pâte à choux.  

Fresh program: Your store can put your special touch by decorating cream puffs, eclairs, or profiterols, or save labour time by ordering them already beautifully decorated. We offer several Canadian Dairy certified cream flavours and custard filling, as well as options for the chocolate topping. We also offer paris brest and chouquettes.  

Frozen program: Our frozen dessert private label program includes a variety of options and flavours for cream puffs, eclairs, profiterols, paris brest and chouquettes, beautifully packaged in your private label branding.
